The “LifeWall” system comes in two primary configurations, both are applicable to retrofitting an existing structure or new construction:

Tongue and Groove “LifeWall” has a tongue and grooved system designed to be interlocked much like hardwood flooring. These are attached to existing framing, over existing drywall or directly to studs. The advantages of using tongue and groove allows more architectural design elements to be created, decreases installation cost, easier handling in tight spaces, and are easier to ship. The interlocking enhances both structural and security performance.

Another installation method is to use larger “sheets” of “LifeWall” similar in size to standard drywall.

We designed “LifeWall” to be installed as interlocking pieces or in layers based for the desired protection. This also allows contractors to transport and install with traditional equipment.

Monolithic “LifeWall” — Will be produced as a freestanding wall or as a panel similar to drywall and attached to existing surfaces or framing.

Every system is built around the Steelike UHPC “Core” as the foundation. Starting from this 27ksi proprietary core, we can add further layers of technology to create a one-of-a-kind defense system. The following image shows just a few of the many options.
